Swear Community Guidelines

At Swear, Inc. (“Swear,” “we,” or “us”), we strive to create a safe and inclusive environment for all users. We encourage creative expression and diverse perspectives, but we do not tolerate user content or conduct that violates our guidelines. By using the Service (as defined in our Terms of Service), you agree to comply with this Content Moderation Policy and our Terms of Service which are incorporated by reference herein. Terms not defined herein will have the meaning given to them in our Terms of Service.
Prohibited User Content:
By using the Service, you agree not to Post the following User Content:
- Hate speech: Content that promotes hatred or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, age, veteran status, sexual orientation, or gender identity
- Violent or graphic content: Videos containing gratuitous violence, gore, or disturbing imagery
- Harassment and cyberbullying: Content that threatens, intimidates, or bullies others
- Sexually explicit content: Pornography and sexually explicit materials, including content containing nudity or sexual themes
- Harmful or dangerous content: Videos that encourage dangerous or illegal activities, including, but not limited to, drug use, self-harm, or violence
- Misinformation and deceptive practices: Content that spreads false information, engages in deceptive practices, or impersonates others
- Spam and deceptive metadata: Videos with irrelevant titles, descriptions, or tags to gain views
- Intellectual Property infringement: Content that misappropriates or infringes upon any intellectual property rights of third parties (more details on our approach to protecting intellectual property rights can be found at our Terms of Service)
- You agree to be respectful and responsible towards other users of the Service, while doing your part to keep the Service a safe and productive environment.
Enforcement:
- Reporting: Users can report videos or any other User Content that they believe violate this Content Moderation Policy by contacting us at support@swear.com, or in cases of intellectual property-related complaints, by adhering to the Intellectual Property Rights Protection section of our Terms of Service. Our moderation team will review reported content promptly.
- Removal and Restriction: Any User Content that is found to be in violation of this Content Moderation Policy, at our sole discretion, may be removed or age-restricted.
- Account Suspension and Termination: Serious or repeated violations of this Content Moderation Policy may lead to the suspension or termination of the offender’s account.
- Appeals: Users can appeal our content moderation decisions if they believe certain User Content was removed in error by contacting us at support@swear.com.
Swear reserves the right to update this Content Moderation Policy as needed from time to time. By continuing to use the Service, you agree to the most current version of this Content Moderation Policy.
