● Community Video Integrity Project
SWEAR is launching a new program to provide its video authentication services at no cost to a limited number of high-risk cities and municipalities.
Until now, SWEAR has primarily worked with corporations to help protect the authenticity and integrity of critical video. Through the Community Video Integrity Project, we are extending that same protection to public-sector organizations that may face heightened risks but lack the resources to implement it on their own.
Selected cities and municipalities will receive free access to SWEAR’s video authentication technology, along with onboarding, deployment guidance, and ongoing support.
By selection · limited rollout
Strengthen the integrity of video evidence across public safety, security, and investigative workflows.
SWEAR is built to work with the video infrastructure cities already rely on, without unnecessary disruption.
Selected organizations receive support to help make video verification practical for their teams.
Some municipalities face greater security, public safety, and reputational risks but may not have the resources to add another layer of video protection.
When video is used to explain a critical incident, support an investigation, or inform the public, cities need a reliable way to show that the footage is authentic.
As manipulated and synthetic media become more convincing, even legitimate footage can be questioned. We want to help cities stay ahead of that challenge.
Video is protected from the moment it is recorded, creating a trusted reference point for authenticity.
SWEAR creates an independent record of the original footage while keeping the video itself private and under your control.
Footage can later be checked against its original record to confirm whether it has remained unchanged.
When video is challenged, your team can provide clear proof that the footage is authentic and unaltered.
Help city leaders protect evidence, operations, and public confidence.
Verify footage connected to public transportation, facilities, and passenger safety.
Support security teams responsible for large crowds, major events, and shared public spaces.
Strengthen the integrity of video used in safety reviews, investigations, and incident response.
SWEAR is currently identifying cities and public-sector organizations for the initial rollout of the Community Video Integrity Project.
Tell us about your environment. Selected organizations will receive access to SWEAR’s video authentication platform, along with onboarding, deployment guidance, and support.
